Please Note


# I reserve the right to refuse any commission request if necessary.

# I specialize in Anime art. But I can also draw photo-realistic portraits.If you are interested in a particular style/design, please specify what kind and supply references images (if available) with your inquiry, even if it is a pre-existing anime Character. I can Draw in any anime style as long as I have a reference I will not create any morally questionable images (yiff, hentai, etc.)

# I tend to work large in digital images and colored pencil.

# I work with medium-sized images in sketches, colored pencil, and black ink.

# If you want a certain size, please specify in your inquiry.



Client Responsibility


Before I commit to a project, I require the following information of my client:


# Email, phone number and address.

# Age: If you are under 18, you must supply contact information for your parents.

# I have the right to contact the parents of an under-aged client to ensure that their children are able to pay for the commission.

# It is the client's responsibility to pay shipping for traditional images.



Copyright Information


# Creatures/Characters in commissioned images are copyrighted to Neocreator19 (unless the character already belongs to client or another company, and I have permission to reproduce it).

# My commission images cannot be reproduced without my consent. (The purpose of the commission will be discussed during inquiry process and exceptions are generally made.)

# I am not work for hire. In other words: What I create is still copyrighted to me unless the character already belongs to the client or another company. If the image will be used for commercial purposes, we will discuss this during the inquiry process.




Payment Methods


# All prices are in U.S. dollars. If you currency is foreign, send the correct amount equal to the listed U.S. prices.

# All listed prices are base prices and are subject to change.

# I require that the total price be paid up front, except under special circumstances.

# I will not go beyond the preliminary/concept stage of a commission until the fee is paid, except under special circumstances.

# I will not ship the original image (traditional) or hand over the full-sized image (digital) until I receive full payment, except under special circumstances.

# For now I only accept money checks, but I will have other payment options such as Paypal in the near future to make transactions easier.

#Gratuities are appreciated (but not required).



Digital Commissions

Digital images are created through use of Adobe Photoshop CS4. My digital commissions include works done using from paper sketches and finished on Photoshop, or works done entirely on Photoshop using a tablet. Besides Anime drawings, I also Photoshop photographs of people into anime characters of their choosing(example: [link] ). The photograph must be clear, and a description of the character desired must be given.

-Multiple Basic Characters - Color/No Background: *$80

Digital Commission FAQ:
1.) Besides Anime drawings, I also Photoshop photographs of people into anime characters of the client's choosing(example: [link]). The photograph must be clear, and a description of the character, and or reference must be given. Photographs taken specifically for this, with a pose, are preferred for better quality. These works will generally be cheaper than other digital commissions, depending on the quality desired and complexity of the character.

2.) If you are commissioning me to do a persona/character, please include the following with your request:
-Character's Name
-Species
-Markings
-Color Palette (if color commission)
-Gender
-Basic Description
-Back-story (if any, useful for images with backgrounds)
-Reference Images (if any)
-Whether or not you want me to design a new outfit for them (and if so, what era/style, supply reference images if possible). Please note that complex costumes (as in intricate/extremely detailed) may push a "basic" character into an "extreme" character in terms of pricing.

3.) If you are requesting a creature, please describe what animal(s) it is based off of, if any.

4.) Clients will receive all files for digital commissions, including production Photoshop save files through email, or on disc if desired, after full payment is made.



Traditional Commissions



-Character Inking: *$20+
-Colored Pencil and/or Mixed Media: *$40+ (example)

Traditional Commission FAQ:

1.) Clients are expected to handle shipping on traditional pieces. This can be discussed via email (iamcooley@gmail.com) or DA note upon commission inquiry.
2.) I generally do traditional works on A4 paper because digital work is my primary form, but larger drawings can be done at request.
3.) Traditional commissions can be very time-consuming and thus take longer to complete. Traditional pieces can take anywhere from a day or two, to several weeks or months.
